  1. Why won't a certain game load properly? What will happen to my entry fee?

When this happens, your entry fee is automatically refunded. You can review the refunds by logging into your account and clicking on the "My GameDuell" tab. From beneath the title "Account Balance," you can display all account transactions within a certain time frame.

Please note: It can take up to 48 hours for an automatic refund.

  2. What happens when the connection to GameDuell is interrupted during a game?

The game completely loaded, but during game play the connection was interrupted. When this occurs, one of two things could happen:

    • The connection is restored before your score is transmitted to GameDuell. In cases like this, your score from before the interruption will then be transmitted to GameDuell without any further problems.
    • The connection is not restored before your score is transmitted to GameDuell. In cases like this, your score will not be transmitted to GameDuell, and you will be given a score of 0 points. Your entry fee will be deducted, and you will not receive an automatic refund because we cannot tell the difference between a technical error and purposeful quitting, by closing the browser window for example.
  3. I ended a duel and now it says that my score was 0 points. What happened?

This can be caused by one of the following reasons:

    • You didn't score any points before quitting the duel.
    • You started playing a game, but the connection was interrupted before the game reached the end. This can be due to the browser being shut in the middle of the game or due to technical problems.Your entry fee will be deducted, and you will not receive an automatic refund because we cannot tell the difference between a technical error and purposeful quitting.
  4. My entry fee was refunded. Why?

The entry fee is deducted from your account as soon as you click on the duel confirmation button. It will be refunded if one of the following occurs:

    • The game does not load properly.
    • You do not click the "Start" button, or the game does not automatically begin.
    • Someone else enters the duel before you.
    • The duel's end time is reached before the necessary number of participants has joined.

When this happens, your entry fee is automatically refunded. You can review the refunds by logging into your account and clicking on the "My GameDuell" tab. From beneath the title "Account Balance," you can display all account transactions within a certain time frame.

Please note: Automatic refunds can take up to 48 hours.

  5. What does it mean when it says that another player has already entered the duel that I wanted to enter?

You and another player clicked to enter the duel at the same time, but the other player was a split-second faster. In this case no money will be taken from your account. Simply select another duel or open a new one.
